When you shop at Kristensen Vaulting Supply, it works like this:
1: You contact us through our contact form on the page "Contact us", or write to us by email: Info@kristensenvaultingsupply.com
2: We then clarify your order together.
3: When the order is clarified, we can get a shipping price.
4: Afterwards you receive an invoice by email, and once we receive payment, your order will be shipped from our suppliers in Germany.
5: Payment is by PayPal, bank transfer, or Transferwise. Shipping and banking costs are paid by the buyer. All prices on the website include Danish VAT.
6: Once the order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number of your items.
As most of our items are specially handmade, you must expect a shipping time from 1-2 weeks after we have received your payment. Delivery time depends on where you live.
